A. Hello amigos,

a. If you are reading this, I’d like to take a moment and say thank you for sparing your time. I made a decision to give structure to my posts, so it’s more readable for you and easier for me to make more frequent entries.

F. Notes (max 150 words)

a. Anvar with you again, here in my office drinking hot milk coffee listening to soothing sea sound. It’s been a while since my last entry. I realized my blog entries are taking my a lot of time (an hour or more) to write which I find ineffective. And as I’m not competing in being the best writer, I decided to create a template that I will follow for this project. Hopefully, that will substantially lower the workload and give a structure to my posts.

A few words about my project progress…

I’ve put in exactly 40 hours of work so far. Looking back, I’m realizing that the last 25 hours have not been used in the most productive way. A few hours were spent researching payments & credit cards for my store and watching ecom video tutorials (regret doing that as the return on those activities is minimal right now, I’m better off sticking to the highest priority tasks). I’m finding rather challenging prioritizing things and not being swayed by unimportant things. Thus, I’m gonna implement a planning & controlling framework to deal with my project.

There will be 10-hour sessions in between reviews/project course adjustments.

Every 10 hours of work done I will be analyzing the completed workload and make adjustments/plans for the next 10 hours.
